Laptop was easy to set up out of the box only complaint was after I had set it up it automatically did updates and the updates caused problems that I had to contact tech support

I bought this computer for my son for college. He is already using it for homework and will use it in giving high end presentations.

Great laptop But it would make it much easier if I came with a hard copy on how to use it for certain functions

Over 2 years and its still fast and I havent had any issues with my computer. I use it daily for work.

I purchased two (for son and myself) because the deal was unbeatable. It does everything he needs for college and for me at home.

So far so good. It is doing everything in the specifications. Good laptop for students and home office use. I would recommend.

This is a great computer that is easy to use and fast. I would have given it five stars except the metal casing bent a little on the side. Overall it is a very good computer.

So far so good. Needed to upgrade from my desktop, and this appears to fit the bill. Better/faster processing power, and a SSD.

This laptop runs great and is the perfect size for my sister and I to use. It's great for typing up essays and getting work done.

Perfect for students. I liked the processing speed. If the hard drive is extended to 512 GB it would be a great product.

I jad my eye on this laptop and when i saw it go on sale i had to get it i love everything about it. My expectations are met

This laptop has a quick start up and has handled all of the apps that I need to do my genealogical research and spreadsheet fun.

I have had to take the Laptop to Geek Squad once other than that no problems. Although I miss my old 17" laptop.
