    THIS HP MODEL IS TERRIBLE! DON'T BUY! From DAY 1 I had issues with this laptop, and my mistake was not taking it back to the store for a refund. Camera wasn't detected at all. Speakers had trouble, it sounded like a phone call with really bad signal. So by the time a noticed there was a BIG problem with this pc Best Buy's warranty was over, so I had to contact HP for repair. Well, that sucked. I had to send it several times because they didn't solve the issue properly! So I send it, received it, tried it out, noticed they didn't resolved it, send it back, AND SO ON! Besides, on one of those trips, they didn't give me back the correct charger! So they sent it separately, and some time later I received another one because "they had made a mistake" witch they hadn't, so with that I could definitely conclude HP IS A DISASTER! No organization, no seriousness, AND A TOTAL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
