i bought this computer, becouse of the nice coments and reviews when i was searching for my next laptop.

So far I like it. However, I hate that the PC was not available with non-touch screen, but I don't mind.

This 2 in 1 is amazing. Great size. Great speed. My only complaint is i wish it was a little lighter.

This device was recommended by a friend, my first attempt at this computer was when I bought it on cyber Monday, in store. I had the computer for what could not have been a week and it started freezing and crashing on me. I took it to best buy where I bought it and they told me that this first model could not be repaired and they said I can come in and pick up a new model. I picked up the new model on December 5th or so. This is my second attempt at this model computer, I took it home and about the same amount of time goes by, now a new problem occurs. The keyboard and mouse went completely dead! Somehow or other a computer that can enter tablet mode was stuck in tablet mode and once again could not be repaired. So for a THIRD time I was told I can either get a new model computer of this same junk model or pick out an entirely different model all together. I moved for the latter and picked out an entirely new model computer. I am extremely frustrated with this as I had a ton of work to do and everything just kept being put on hold. I would not recommend this laptop to anybody and if I could give it a negative rating I would.

all aspects good. Best Buy personnel was great with advice. Happy at this point with he purchase.

Love that it is both a computer and tablet all in one.

I’ve had mine for almost 2 months and still runs top notch. Very pleased with it, met all expectations.

I love this laptop. It boots up very quickly, it's stylish and has all the features I need and want.

Only thing this laptop doesn't have is a DVD player. Otherwise, it is turning out to be a great laptop.

Everything is working well. Except one thing, it is very hard to setup fingerprint password. I tried twice, but I still can’t setup this feature.
