Wish I had purchased a different computer!!

The battery life on this computer SUCKS!!!!!! It does not even last 4 hours of just normal web browsing use online. I don't mean streaming videos or games or anything like that. Just regular web browsing like facebook, google, online shopping etc.. The darn thing is always dying. 2. Dont even think about using it while its on the charger. It gets HOTTTTTTTTTTTTT. Both computer and charging box.... 3. The sound on my computer has been an issue since month 3.. The sound goes in and out. Some days it works. Some days it does not. I've contacted customer support and they said it was because I needed to update my computer which I did, and the sound worked for 2 days and went right back to not working again.... Going to be taking this computer back to the store soon to return it or have the warranty issued for a new computer.... I give all the above issues a 1 star but the use and ease and function of the computer itself is great I give it a 4-5 so I estimated it a 2 star rating.... I would not recommend .
