I want to love this laptop....

I am self employed and work from home and rely on it extensively. The speaker crackled from the time I brought it home but dealt with it. I finally took it into Best Buy for service (thank goodness I'd bought the warranty) and they sent it off to repair, immediately sent it back and said nothing was wrong with it. I had them ship it off again and they replaced the microphone. IT STILL CRACKLES. I am so frustrated. In the crazy times we are living through, Zoom meetings are essential. I cannot use my laptop for meetings due to the crackling. I have to keep mine muted or no one can hear anything over the buzzing/crackling of my laptop.
