Great but poor build quality

As I travel a lot it’s not going to be an easy fix without voiding the warranty. I am now wondering what else will malfunction.

Laptop not recommended

I explained my needs and he recommended this computer. It freezes up on a regular basis, I can’t even turn it off when it does freeze. After looking for reviews on-line, which I obviously should have done before purchasing it, it is a common complaint. I wish I had it to do over.

No one could replace fan staples, Best Buy and a geek squad I called cost me 300 to be told best to buy a new one

For the price, it works just fine. But, as new products are coming out. You might be better off with other newer products.

Memory issue

Touch screen in regular computer mode has a slight issue with response even with screen sensitivity turned all the way up.
