Try a Different Computer

Too hot and too loud

The only way to cool it off and reduce the noise is to shut it down completely. If it doesn't stop dong this I'm going to take it back. I worry that it is a fire hazard.

Started out good, but there's issues.

And it lasted around 1 year and 3 months before the upgrades fried the GPU. I didn't get the warranty because it looked solid and I figured it would last at least 3 years with the price I paid at the time - (if I damaged it I'd cover the cost). Please don't get HP. Their customer service is horrendous and they have heating issues they haven't fixed. The updates fried my computer and they couldn't care. The heat alone that's generated can cause discomfort or assist in birth control. PLEASE do not buy HP laptops - thought they were good - they don't last - (This is my 2nd HP laptop). If you must get one - Get the warranty and take your chances with their customer service. There are better options. Good luck.

Buy a Lenovo

JUNK! ONLY LASTS 1 YEAR

Seems like a VERY COMMON issue, since I found tons of similar problems online. I believe that since this is a laptop/tablet foldable keyboard, it is BADLY manufactured and the 1-5 times I have used it as a tablet, must have caused the keyboard to get damaged. Now I have a paper weight and HP Support is NON EXISTENT. So 14 months into this purchase, i have no warranty and now own a paper weight. AAAHHH!!!!!

Nice laptop.... battery needs work

Boots up fast, works great, shuts down fast. But if I don't turn it on for 24 hours the battery is always dead. Disappointed with that.
