A new lap top and it has been sent out for repairs three times. Ready for a forth repair. Getting hot when charging. Fan runs but still hot.

Wanted a laptop with "cool" power cord. The power cord on this machine ran hot. Also the fan was extremely loud and annoying. Keyboard position felt like it was leaning forward. Returned.

After fewer than 24 hours, this laptop turned itself off and would not turn on again. Lost hours of work and all the time spent uploading programs and files. HP customer service was useless. I cannot wait until Best Buy opens so I can return this useless piece of junk.

I have been using and testing this laptop for the past few days and I can say this laptops is fast, very responsive and never lags which is impressive, the screen is a bit dim, but no badly pictures and videos looks great and the screen is very clear. It's also a great multi-tasker, and silent as long as your not using it plugged in, that's when the fan becomes a little loud. The battery life of this laptop is not great lasted around 4 to 5 hours while on battery, but to be fair I was using multiple apps at the same time and watching 4k videos on youtubes, since I was testing it with heavy usage. The laptop is great as a desktop replacement, and is light as well so is great to travel with it since it has such a small frame, but if you travel with it a lot you're going to need to bring charger at all times. I'm honestly really happy with the laptop, but if it had maybe 7 to 8 hours of battery this laptop would be amazing. I do recommend this laptop but be prepared to carry a charger at all times.

It was very fragile charger got very hot and in turn so did the bottom of the computer spent a lot of time trying to repair did not like

fair During the day you can hardly see the keyboard. the backlit doesn't seem to help. The gray color of the keys makes it impossible to see the letters. It also is extremely heavy.

the screen goes black for several minutes. also, the sound plays only after 3 secs. And the laptop freezes quite often.

The laptop was too big and bulky, and within 24 hours it already had virus issues. The tablet aspect of it was nice, but not enough to keep this thing.

I just had my battery blow on me on 11/3/20 which is not even two full years. I had just begun to really use this for stats specific applications. This was almost $800 (so glad I got it on sale). Needless to say I am not very happy with the purchase - I expected this to last longer. This is the second HP I've had that hasn't made it past 2 years. I won't be buying this brand again.

Keys were hard to read and were not in the standard IBM layout. Got rid of it and replaced it with a MacBook Air.

I am facing very much heating issues specially while plunging and using laptop. In daylight visibility is poor due to low brightness.

This computer is unreliable. It will not always turn on. The screen goes black and will not turn back on. I hate the computer because it doesn't provide me the service I deserve. For a computer this young it should still work on command. i am very disappointed and NEVER intend to purchase a computer for best ever again. Horrible experience.

Slim and beautiful. Although I had problem with the charging port but yet to be fixed

It had several updates that ruined my speakers and quality. This product the mouse moves to the bottom of the screen and the right side of the mouse pad is no longer working. I only used for school so I am very disappointed this $1000 laptop did not last

This computer is hard to turn on, I would not recommend.

Paid of $800 for this computer from Best Buys and it stopped booting up during the Covid shut down. The answer to get it fixed was Oh Well cannot help you. This is my everyday college computer (oh yes remote classes). Thanks for the Help?

Laptop was missing CD-ROM! Scandalous it's missing

Bought this in oct 2018 had to replace the screen within 6 months The mouse quit working within 3 months at 17 months after purchasing the screen and hinges are toast what a waste of money

This laptop is awful. The quality of the image is ridiculous. You can see the pixels in it. It is too dark - it made me have headaches every time I had to use the computer.
