I always buy HP. This was a great addition. Wish the touch screen could be turned off and on. Lightweight, plenty of memory, easy to use. I really like the feature that allows it to be used as a screen with a wireless keyboard or as a tablet. I use it with a wireless keyboard and the screen set up on the desk. The high gloss glass screen makes it difficult to read because of the reflections of objects as well as light. Otherwise, it was the perfect computer for my personal and business applications.

It has everything you need plus touchscreen. It is not that heavy.

Unboxing the laptop I was amazed by the details and laptop abilities. After a short while, my speakers stopped working. I took it to the geek squad team (I bought a protection plan) and they were able to fix it in 5 minutes, but they said it would have been pricey without the plan. Also, the BATTERY LIFE on this computer is weak compared to what I'm used to. I'm sure that's due to the features this laptop offers, but it's still annoying to have to bring the charger with me everywhere I go.

This is a great Labtop. It's really fast. I use it for everything, work, leisure, etc.

The HP Envy that I got is a great laptop. It's fast and the touch screen is great.

I love this laptop. It is fast and has all the bells and whistles including a touch screen and converts to a "tablet" mode. The only complaint I have is that it is somewhat heavy for a laptop. On a day to day basis that doesn't really matter, but when you're lugging it through an airport, it's definitely a negative. I will add, this laptop is not any heavier than comparable models. I just think they need to find a way to make them lighter in general for a laptop with this capacity.

Got this for my daughter to replace another HP that still worked but was 5 years old. This one was super easy to set up and transfer all her files from the old laptop. I think all 2-in-1's should come with a stylus but we got a great deal on this one with Black Friday prices so can't really complain. Very fast for what she uses it for and she likes the utility the 2-in-1 features provide.

It was super easy to set up, and runs very fast! It's not heavy or bulky in size.

I got this laptop purely for work. Excel, word, and internet open all day everyday. With multiple tabs on the internet. No serious problems yet. Only issue is fan sometimes gets noisy. Oh and Num Lock key doesn’t have a light indicator, so I guess I sometimes press it on accident and don’t realize it til I jump back to excel and scroll on accident or whatever the other function.

This HP 360 laptop is fast and love the touch screen and the 360 feature.

Pros: - Has a SSD so the system boots faster even after an update - Has an amazing screen resolution - touchscreen works while in standard mode - works well in tablet mode Cons: - The hinges of the screen become loose after a few months of use (as do most laptops) Overall I enjoy using this laptop. Has really good performance. Would recommend to a friend

I got this computer to keep up with a home based business and full time college! It has been great. Label design, bookkeeping, college classes, multiple tabs open (both in my brain and the computer), the touchscreen and tablet feature, what is not to love? 12GB memory keeps everything moving an d moving fast. I just wish it came in purple!
