I originally picked out a cheaper model and decided at the last minute to choose this model. I am extremely happy I made this decision and since I am a small business owner this device gives me all the power to handle my work and play a game. I have no complaints at all.

At first, really nice, quiet, fast, and fun laptop. Battery lasted ok and it could do everything with ease. Over time with the many updates etc. it really started to lag out and slow down....can barely do more than one task at a time. Fan broke and I had to replace...which was a little tricky but doable. Battery life has reached absolute zero so a replcement is in order. So if youre into fixing things and doing upgrades I guess its just fine, but just be prepare with anything HP the cliff that your computer will fall off of over time is prey steap.

The laptop is beautiful but wished I knew before we bought it that it doesn't come with Windows Hello. To login you have to use the finger print sensor or PIN, etc. I really like Windows Hello and didn't realize this is not an option. Sometimes it's the little things.

i have had this laptop for a few years now. I use it mainly for college work but also to store pictures, use for crafting on cricut, etc. Great laptop, does everything I need. The aluminum casing is sensitive and dents easy.

This was a superb product! I used it for 3 years without a problem. Too bad has broken but lucky me I had geek squad protection they refund me with store credit.

Did a lot of research and comparing before I choose a laptop and this one exceeded my expectations. Ive had this laptop for 3 months now and cant beat it, perfect for personal use. functionality wise this laptop is the best.

The first thing I like about this is its design. Second comes to sounds quality (after all it comes with Bang & Olufsen) Weaker part is its joint edge that basically converts it to 2 in 1. I feel it's little loose

The first and second computer had PC ERROR during a restart and had to return to store! But the short time I actually used the 2 in 1 it was lightning fast and very user friendly! Hopefully the Geek Squad can figure out the issue, I really love it! Will update the outcome.

Usually I have buyer's remorse on purchases this big but not with this laptop. It boots fast and works great for what I need which is engineering course work, general computing, and some gaming.

I'm not sure how this laptop has so many positive reviews. It is very fast and can run any program . With all of these I can't even stress enough how bad the battery is. I had a 1 hour and 15 minute class online, my battery went from 100% to 32%. And the fan is LOUD and it runs constantly. I can't sit it on my lap for 10 minutes before it gets too hot, or watch a movie on the plane before the battery dies. Overall, I consider this laptop a waste of money as I'll have to buy another soon and the return period has passed.

I bought this laptop for personal use on September 5th, 2018. Since then I've had intermittent "thermal shutdowns". The laptop screen goes black and then shuts down. It happened three times today! The laptop was off for several hours in my 68 degree office and when I started it up, it lasted less than 10 minutes before another Thermal Shutdown. Also, the fan is loud and runs continuously.

I have had this computer for many years. Battery life is amazing. Perfect amount of storage space.

Excellent laptop. Still fast and no issues. Everything works as well as the first day I bought it.

It worked fine for four years, the computer still works, but the Wi-Fi quit working spontaneously yesterday. If you mess with it and winks on then off again. All other computers and cell phones have no problem with the Wi-Fi. Even bringing the laptop right next to the router has no effect on wifi operations.

Great laptop. Very solid for business or light gaming.

I bought this laptop today for school and it's been really great so far however upon first using the laptop I noticed the edge of the touch pad is raised and broken. I can still do commands but the edge is detached. That is my only concern so far.

Within two months, I started facing excessive heating issues, followed by loud fan noise and terrible battery performance. Also, despite the careful usage, the rubber strips at the bottom started coming off. I raised a complaint with HP and sent my laptop for servicing. After 10 days, I got my laptop back and as per the sheet I received along with the product (which said they updated the BIOS, replaced the battery and fan and its related assembly parts), the issues were supposed to be fixed . However, I am still facing the same issues again. To add to this, I am now facing issues with the laptop audio output too (sometimes the base cuts off in speakers and headphones). To face these problems within few months after purchase, I am completely disappointed with a top end HP laptop (not just a baseline model) and, being a student, it is almost impossible to be without the laptop every time I give it for servicing. I neither have time to run behind the customer service every time nor take the risk of having a faulty laptop/model and face more serious issues (or the same issues) , spending money (and time) servicing my laptop post warranty period.
