Always happy that I get the most out of cartridges.

I have had no problems with the product, works as intended.

Printer ink continues to be overpriced and by no longer recycling the empty cartridges will be considering refill systems.

No major complaints Just doesn’t hold enough ink I find myself changing ink cartridge too fast

Pricey and suspected low ink reservoir and poor quality. Will never buy Epson again!

I got the wrong size but it works just as good just for the wrong printer

ink cartridge was empty, had dried out but I was pleased as I was reimbursed.

Weather is the machine which has been my best printer yet, in the last last 6 years. This is my second cartridge i bought with the hopes of printing. Something tells me "we re not gonna take it " and i will be bringing this ink back along with my printer... C ya... Hello geek squad!!! Hey....

I'm not sure if it's the ink, or the printer, but I am not happy with print quality. Some lines are wobbly and smeared. I had the smaller cartridge in the printer and I thought that maybe the XL would work better. I replaced it before it was empty. It didn't help.

Bought this replacement cartridge and had very poor quality of printing on pages. Yes, I cleaned the heads and did all the maintenance suggested. Ended up tossing the printer and buying a new one. Not Epson this time.

Cartridge life is much too shorter than anticipated.

The cartridge was brand new and never used but however when I put it in the printer it printed out blank, no ink was used. When I shook the cartridge it was empty but registered full on the printer.

Bought the extra capacity , but since using the cartridge smudge appears in printing. Tried cleaning print heads but did not help. Did not have a problem with standard capacity black cartridge before.

The ink does what it's suppose to. However, I've had to take the 3620 Epson printer back for trade in and may have to again. Almost every two or three days, it stops working rendering the ink useless.

I just purchased this less than a week ago and I have to purchase again i not happy at all

Very disappointed. Bought this ink and a color for the same printer and they were both half dried up.

The ink is very pricy, and this is just black ink. Lucky I don’t use too much paper and ink anymore.

I've never experienced printers running through ink as quickly as Epson printers! High ink usage for very few prints.

Didnt last long enough to be XL. I printed a few documents in a week or two. And the refill light is on
