Like most people I think the price of printer ink is too high. That's the reason I knocked 1 point off the rating. I like Epson printers and their ink and recommend them.

Good value as I had Elite Member discount. Large capacity cartridge better value even without discount.

I am glad this ink was available and like that it can make many copies before it needs replacing.

Always use the extended as it lasts longer. It produces the same quality for the longer lasting printing

The Epson Black XL ink really does last significantly longer than the regular Black ink.

Better to buy this than the smaller one. I print a lot.

Rather pay extra for the extra large sized cartridge instead of having to buy a new smaller one sooner.

Epson ink cartridge is easily installed in my printer. Good print quality. I only wish it would last more than 3 to 4 weeks even in the XL, double cartridge.

I made the mistake recently of trying to use those cheaper refurbished cartridges you can get from Amazon. Don't do it! This is the way to go!

Xl ink cartride lasts along time. Dries fast,can handle copys right away without smearing the ink.
