The ink doesn't tend to set up and dry so it smudges when used on address labels. If I have a mailing longer distance I cover the address label with clear packing tape so it stays readable.

No problems with the ink, It is good quality ink. A little expensive, as is all ink; but good quality and easy to install.

I learned the hard way that refilling ink cartridges (any brand printer) doesn't pay in the long run. I therefore shop for the best deals for manufacturers ink and at this time Best Buy was the best.

Great ink cartridges for small jobs. XL sizes are hard to find. Standard size cartridges run out of ink very fast. Ink is good quality.

The Epson Ink cartridges are easy to install and use. Great colors and will print sharp with no blurring or smudges.

I originally bought a cartridge, but it was defective. I brought it back, and got another one without jumping through hoops. I explained the problem, and got a replacement without any problem!

I have no problems with the ink. My only problem is with Best Buy not having the larger capacity. I prefer the 272XL But for some reason Best Buy doesn't carry the large capacity ink cartridges

Black for printing documents, but, if Photo black is out you can't use Black for printing until Photo black is replaced. Not a big problem, but, inconvenient..

Epson ink is the only ink I buy. It's easy to change, prints clear, no mess.

Made by Epson so no problems. The price of ink is always expensive for all printers. Being a rewards member gives a bit of a discount in price.

As with any printer purchase, your specific use case will determine the best value. Epson printers provide excellent print results, photo quality that rivals high end printers, and is very economical in terms of printing photos. So I highly recommend Epson for anyone that needs high quality photos, but it is not the most economical for document printing. Hence I have the color ink 5 stars and the black 4.

When buying the single black cartridge, the price is good but I find Epson in 2017 still uses up ink too fast without even printing photos.

No problem with Epson ink. My problem is that any printer I buy (Canon, Epson, HP, etc) is a bottomless pit when it comes to the cost of the ink cartridges.
