    Best Buy cannot control product pricing, I had a problem with ink leaking all over the printer, Epson never acknowledged my E mails. Really disappointed in their customer service. 2 refills are worth a new printer, again not Best Buys responsibility.

    I've had my pson printer for a few years now, I buy genuine Epson Ink each time it runs out. It's very easy to replace the cartridges. I never have any problems with Epson Ink.
