It’s a great printer but it is hard for older people to figure out how to install it. I’m 81 years old and don’t have any grandkids around to help me with it.

Setting up the printer itself was easy until the usb connection was tried. The wireless was no issue except for poor internet connection. I have found some photo papers work better than others and this may be due to being heat-free. Additional inks would have been a bonus as well as a usb port. Scanning to my computer has not worked. The copies are decent but not super.

Great large format printer that has good print quality. It is capable of printing up to A3+ size paper. The size is reasonable when compared to other wide format printers. This is the 2nd printer I have for this model. The only down side I notice is that twice it had an error code that says there was an error and you are unable to use it. I just do a hard reset and then it’s good to go.

Printer makes great prints and its ability to handle larger paper sizes is very advantageous.

I've only had it a couple of weeks and minimal printing jobs. I'm hoping it is five start worthy. I'm expecting it to be and so far, the print quality is very good. Packaging was efficient, look forward to the wi-fi convenience and simplicity. I do like to have an actual manual and not have to look online for for a 200 page electronic manual. I'd pay the extra few bucks to have one around.

I purchased this printer to use in my home office. I am retired yet print over 50 pages every week. I was looking for a dependable printer that I could load more than 12 blank sheets of paper at a time and could scan documents. I thought this one would work great for me. This printer was not as easy to set up as I had hoped. It took me several hours. A paper jam occurred twice the first week of use. I now can not print as the ink is not printing on the paper. The paper goes through fine and the sounds of printing occur but the paper is blank. Now I need to do another research to find the cause and solution to this. And the printer is less than 30 days old. Not happy.

Love it print quality is awesome. It's worth every penny.

We bought this printer for the sole purpose of using it for infusible ink projects with our Cricut products. So far it does this flawlessly with printing our mug designs. Looking forward to trying more projects with it!
