AND the product has issues- and not worth the price. Ecotank is great- but the printer itself is cheap and breaks easily and jams all the time dont waste your money

The printer keeps trying o print from rear paper tray which is empty can’t force it to print from normal paper tray

Bad Printer

I'm an elementary school teacher, and I was working on some Christmas projects for my students when it suddenly broke down. I'm very frustrated because I couldn't finish everything I had planned for them. I called the 1-800 number and explained the problem. They told me I still have a year of extended warranty and that I should take it to the store for a replacement. I hope they give me a new one, but this will be my last Epson. I'm not very happy with this brand, and I don't recommend it.
