Printer setup went well, use it for a few print & scanning needs and generally liked it. However, next attempt to print didn't work. "Printer offline." Ended up downloading drivers, after every other attempt to "fix." Got it to print. Tried a week later. Printer offline again. Trying to get to Best Buy to understand service options and hope to get satisfaction. Otherwise will be returning.

Called Epson and did some troubleshooting and they had to send me a new printer. 2nd one is amazing so far!!! Epson’s customer service was so great!!
