Q: There may be times when I don’t use the printer for weeks to months at a time because I travel. Will lack of use cause the eco tanks to dry up or clog?

A: According to the salesperson at Staples, it will clog... his answer was to print one or two pages at least 1 to 2X's a month to prevent this from happening. Apparently, this will happen even with ink cartridges; it certainly happened to me. Q: Is there a usb port? If so, where is it?

A: Yes, there is a USB Port. It is on the left side. The printer does not come with a USB cable, so you will need to get one of those separately.

Q: Does it only scan on the flatbed or is there also a document loader?

A: Hi Michelle. The Epson EcoTank ET-2720 can only scan documents using the flat bed scanner. This printer was not designed with an Automatic Document Feeder. Regards, Bobby - The Epson Team.

Q: We don't do a lot of printing and so many times our cartridges dry up and need to be replaced before they are used up. Does the ecotank models have the same problem when they are lightly used?

A: I doubt it. And refills are cheaper.

Q: what comes with printer. Can we use it out of the box

A: Everything you need, except WIFI, is in the box.

Q: does this printer come with ink

A: Yes it does come with ink.

Q: Can this printer print on transparencies?

A: You need to buy inkjet transparencies, and it will.

Q: We have two Epson 2720 printers. One installed by cable, other on wireless. Unable to print with the wireless computer. HELP~

A: Hi ReBecku, Make sure the ET-2720 and the device you are printing from are both connected to the same 2.4 GHz WiFi network.
