I have to keep reinstalling, troubleshooting, resetting up the connection, and restarting my computer, and it "maybe" reconnects. This is after 15 months! Make sure you get an extended warranty! The other things, is if you want to copy or scan more than one page, there is no feeder. You have to do one page at a time. And if scanning many pages for one document, you have to add them manually one by one. Also, the screen is SOOOO small, it is impossible to read anything, including the buttons it tells you to use press.

USE only the amount of ink you need
