Although this printer will be quite economical in the future, the quality of prints is terrible. The color printing doesn’t live up to the hype. In addition, there are skips in printing about every quarter inch. This is disappointing to me as a teacher. The

Like ink it holds Good printing but not excellent.

its great when it works right now it just prints in black all inc is full but it not printing correctly i have the replacement plan but i dont want to use it till i have money to get another replacment plan

Only used this a few times but so far works great.

The software that Epson Seiko uses to support this printer is difficult to use and glitchy. For example, the scanner requires 2 programs (ScanSmart and Scan2) to work properly instead of 1 program. The printer is always going offline and you have to run a clunky and timeconsuming troubleshooter to make the printer back online. The printer is fine, but without the printer driver and related software not working, will not print. I have had HP and Brother printers in the past, but switched to this given that HP and Brother were charging too much for cartridges. But especially HP has far more intuitive software than this printer! Don't buy!!!!!

I would rate this printer a 5 star if I had gotten the second or replacement from Best Buy first. The order was done online and the one we received would print but nothing else because of a scanner error that stopped all other functions.

The printer is not compatible with the Google operating system so I bought a new computer with the Microsoft S mode operating system and still not compatible. The printer itself comes with lots of ink and if you make a copy it is clear and sharp. Can get it to print off the new Samsung A50 using Cloud but that's not going to work for business printing. Must take back and give Cannon a try.

Disappointed that there was no paper tray and not able to plug in a USB thumb device directly to the printer. Paper loading malfunctioned at first test print. Reloaded a few times, problem repeated. Boxed it up and returned to the store.

It worked good for awhile then started to print half a page and change colors.I tried calling for help and got charged for the phone call .when it works it is great ,when it doesn’t it is awful.

It was good at first. Saved a lot of ink. First-year was good. After that it's been constant cleaning heads, nozzles, resets, etc. Saved a lot of ink though.

This is a very nice everyday printer. Prints documents with nice quality and decent speed. The only thing I miss on this printer compared to my other Work Force printer is the ability to automatically print both sides of the sheet (Duplex). This printer can do it if you manually flip the sheet over. If Duplex is important to you then you could upgrade to the ET 3750 for about $50 more. Epson’s Website breaks down each model well. However, the selling point behind this one is the ecotanks. As we all know it is the ink that costs the most on all printers. With these refillable ink tanks you are supposed to save up to 80% of your ink costs – Too soon to tell. But if true, that will make this printer worth its weight in gold. This is the right move by Epson and I hope more brands follow. This will prevent a lot of printers from being tossed out before there time. Set up was pretty simple. Easy to fill tanks and they are pinned so you can put load the wrong color in a tank. Only thing that is a little tedious is typing in your Wi-Fi password as there is no number pad, so selecting the numbers and letters is kind of a pain. Thankfully my password was not all that hard and you only have to do this once. As always, the Epson Software takes longer than it should to install and stalled out once. After I started over it successfully installed. Copy and Scan functions all work nice as well. Note- I had to connect Via USB to make scans. We are printing via Wi-Fi from all PC’s and Android phone with no issues. Photo prints turn out pretty darn good as well. I would not purchase if photos are all you do, but if you occasionally need to print one, it does a good job. Overall nice home printer for the money.

It is more economical than traditional cartridges. We are still trying to figure out how to do things on this printer. Have thought about returning the printer but do like the economy of filling ink.

The printer prints well, but the connection to our home wi-fi is poor, at best. Use a cable.

This printer is inexpensive to run, but the print quality is questionable at best. I've had to realign the head a few times, and it needs it again.

Display for programming very small and maneuvering through was not efficient. Didn't have a paper tray. Haven't used it enough to see if the "ecotank" holds up to its claims.

I love the Eco tank idea, they really need to increase the window size for data entry and make data entry much easier. Ridiculously hard.

Quit working after 2 days. Called help line and they said would have to send it out of state to repair faculty. My wife is a collage professor and this was when all classes were being done at home.

Epson knows how to make a great printer. This one sets apart from others with it's liquid ink well instead of having cartridges. Super easy to set up and fill each ink tank up. It prints pretty fast and the colors are all spot on. It has a rear top paper feed system instead of a tray. It is made for wireless printing, but you can hook up a printer cable to it, although it is not included with the printer. Setting up for the first time was a bit of a pain, as the printer kept making a very loud noise and giving a critical failure notification. I unplugged the printer and was going to reach out for support but I decided to plug back in about a half hour later and try one more time and it completed the set up with no problems. It does use a decent amount of ink during the set up out of the tanks to prime the head, but the ink bottles included have extra in them to be able to top off after the setup is complete. Setting up the wifi is a bit more difficult on this printer vs. other epson printers I have had. For some reason they changed the input screen for the wifi password and instead of giving a keyboard you have to cycle through the entire alphabet for each line, which is annoying and glad I only had to do once. Epson, Please put the keyboard back on there. It does come with CD software to install the drivers, but as most cases nowadays, CD trays are becoming less used in computers so I had to just go to Epsons website and download the driver package from there. Scanning is great and the clarity is crisp and is fairly quick. Overall a great printer, even after dealing with the issues I had. Would still highly recommend.

I was extremely happy with this printer . . . until today. Do you know there is NO WAY to remove a paper jam unless it is easy to remove from the outside??? There is no lid to lift up like any other printer I have owned. Now Epson tells me I have to send it out for repair! So I am left with no printer for my important documents this coming week. VERY UPSET.
