    Worst printer I have EVER purchased

    Worst printer ive EVER purchased!!!! Beyond frustrating to keep having to deal with the same problems over and over again.. in 8 months I've now had a 2nd replacement printer have the exact same issues paper! I keep getting a "paper jam message" that don't really exist and ive followed all the directions to attempt to fix it. There's also wifi issues ALL THE TIME. When entering my wifi password I get a message on the printer saying "incorrect password" when infact it i am entering the correct password. I have had to reset my wifi password multiple times just to get the printer to FINALLY connect making me have to reconnect EVERY wifi device in my house! Beyond annoying and takes 3/4 more hours to do this! The last epson printer i had i had for 7 years and the only reason I had to get a new one is it fell when we were moving an a small piece from inside fell out thus not being able to print again... I will no longer purchase epson printers.

    Don't waste your money. It's garbage. The printer freezes a lot, print quality is not good, and it does not scan. To make matter worse, customer service is absolutely horrible.

    It was simple to set up but it often disconnects from the wifi and makes printing a little more difficult than it needs to be.

    Still unable to connect to WiFi, it printed a sheet that said it was connected, but not printing jobs sent from my Mac computer.

    Bulky. Not an easy WiFi setup. Cd rom needed or needs to download driver online. I haven’t used it yet.

    This printer is terrible! I have owned it for 5 months to print some homeschool pages for my first grader. We refilled the machine for the first time just a few weeks ago and now the printer has given me an end of life message and will no longer print. If I had known it would only last 5 months of normal use, I wouldn’t have bought it. It was expensive, and I literally just added ink to the machine! Irritated.

    I have it on wifi and plugged into computer - and already, after only a few times, it's telling me it can't find the printer. I expect this with some cheap company but not with Epson. I'm sorry I purchased it. I thought it automatically did double sided printing but it does not. Does anyone out there actually have a printer that WORKS WITHOUT PROBLEMS!!!!!!!???? PHOTO PRINTED BADLY TOO.

    Very bad products. Please don’t you guys ever buy this products. It stop printing in color in less than one year. I was so confident that it won’t mess up. Less than a year without protection plan. I have to replace it. Whether I have protection plan or not, why a printer only lasts less than one year right. No thanks.

    No impressed. I've spent more of my ink and paper cleaning the printer head to try and get a print job that doesn't have stray dots or missing segments. For the basic print job like a return label or recipe, this is fine. But if you need this to do anything for a professional setting like a resume I would not purchase this.

    this model does not have an ADF

    i wanted the ink wells and the attractive white exterior. I thought the back tray was the ADF when I viewed it online. Once I got it home I found out I was wrong, the rear tray hold paper, this is a single scan on the glass only. so I had to return. The next model up with the ADF was too expensive. its a shame, since we are so Hammered with cartridge cost.

    I had no idea that this printer could not do duplex printing. EcoTank feature is nice, but otherwise I feel buying this was a mistake. The postage stamp size screen is a joke. Unit is small and lightweight. It does not seem very sturdy. I wish I could have checked it out in the store so I would have certainly bought a different printer. Overpriced.

    used for a short time ink plugged up so ran printhead cleaning more than once. then an error saying the ink pad for the waste ink was full so I replaced that. Now the counter doesn't know that i replaced the pad so it wont let me print epson wants me to take it to a technition. I can get a program online that will reset it but they charge for a key to make it work if it happens again they charge again. epson will send me a program to reset it temporarily till i can take it in for service. thats bull. I cant use my machine without having to pay someone. "doorstop" thats why there are so many refurbished ones for sale

    I bought a printer and touch screen monitor for my daughters dorm room, 3000 miles away and flew in to set it up. Printer works great, monitor touch screen does not work with Dell laptop, all settings and software installed and checked, it is just a really expensive non touch monitor.

    Purchased for home printing and school work. It had a paper jam occur. The paper was removed pre instructions however the printer continued to think it was jammed. Unfortunately I ended up using the geek squad replacement program insurance and returned it within a couple of months

    Being from the old school age I found this very hard to set up. Tried calling support but with the virus going on they had no tech support. You were suppose to email them and they would email back. The instructions for me had more questions for them then the email gave. There were no instruction that came with it very disappointed.
