If you want this feature shop around for a different printer. Note also that the control screen is tiny. On the other hand, the printer is compact and Epson provides excellent customer support

By it trying to connect before I finish, it always says “not correct code”. Therefore, I have no internet connection. Thinking of taking it back!!

Dont ever do a power cleaning with these eco tank printers. If you fill up the ink pad epson will tell you to buy a new printer. It is very easy to fill the pad by the way. I did 2 power cleanings becasue the print heads were clogged and it filled it. The printer will be unable to print becasue epson locks it up. Also registure the printer because if you dont Epson says the warranty is void.

It connected with my phone, wifi and laptop. However when it came to physically print out my paperwork. It never did. It went through the motions but no ink printed out anything.

As many others figured out, they don't last. My printer lasted about 1.5 years and print heads stopped working (maybe clogged). I only printed 650 pages before my print heads got clogged. If you call Best Buy, they will try to send over a tech at an additional charge to simply tell you you need to buy another printer. Epson gave me a coupon and directed me to a facility that said, not worth to fix it. Epson printers are disposable.

At first it was easy to set up and connect but after not using it for a couple of months, it had clogged nozzles and required a power clean using 1/4 of the ink. The printer stopped connecting to wifi even with a full reset. Only way it works is if I do direct connect but can’t update the firmware to fix wifi. The print quality on photo paper is that of a cheap 30$ printer, colors even on high quality don’t come close. I purchased to print children’s material for class and can’t even use it .

This one is on the lower end of their Eco-Tank series but it is all we need and works beautifully for us. Daughter is taking this off to college and it is perfect for that task. Lots of bells and whistles not needed. I do think the LCD window is a tad small but it serves its purpose. Printer hooked up easily... I can print from my iPhone or my laptop without an issue. It prints beautifully. Not too loud, easy to figure out. Those ink bottles are something new for me. They inserted easily and didn't leak... That was my fear with this. No issues with that. I have barely used any ink and from what it says, I shouldn't have to replace the bottles for quite some time so that should save a ton of $$ vs cartridges. I look forward to that! I like this printer... Small and lightweight, hooked up easily and prints get well. What more could I ask? Oh yeah... Inexpensive ink refills! Woohoo.

I purchased this for my business and wanted to splurge on something both high quality and economical. This has disappointed me in almost every way a printer can. It connects with the wifi about 30% of the time. The quality of the images is poor, at best. Even though I use it daily, the ink seems to get plugged and only print in yellow -- which is about as helpful as you'd imagine. I don't know if I got a dud or what, but I regret this purchase on a nearly hourly basis.
