The Best printer, I've ever owned. I've owned several HP, a couple of Canons & a Lexmark. ET-2720 uses very little ink, easy to refill & the cost of ink, is cheaper than the other printers. I have an Art Degree, Photograph a lot of photos, digitally restore/retouch old photos. I never have to keep reprinting my prints to get the correct color. I'm so blown away with the performance of this printer

The Epson Ecotank 2720 in theory is a great printer, but in actually is mediocre. Everything feels super plasticky and cheap. Setup was pretty frustrating as I had to guess what it wanted for alignment setup, when every single other printer I've had just printed a paper and then you scan it and the printer adjusts automatically. So it took a few tries to get the alignment set up. Then when it came time to try printing some actual papers, all I got was 8 to 12 sheets of random characters and code. It apparently didn't like the USB cable option, so I tried wireless. That worked finally...but the colors are very light. Reds are pink and purples are more blue than purple, and the blacks aren't very bold like you would expect. All in all I'm pretty disappointed in this product.

I thought this was a great printer in the beginning. Over time, it has been nothing but trouble. It likes to pick and choose when it will print things.

I print out photos I have taken, they print out great. this is the best printer i have ever had. i love the fact i don't have to buy ink cartridges anymore.

Purchased the epson ET-2760. i use it for home use only. Only worked compently for about a year. Now it wont print so you can actually see what you are printing. Called tech support, limited help. Junk, dont buy an Epson!!

I actually bought the ET2700 a year and a half ago but its the predecessor. This printer is fantastic... period. In that time I've printed 1184 pages on the original tank fill and still has approx. 2/3 tank left. NO BUYING EXPENSIVE CARTRIDGES OR TRYING TO REFILL THE F@#%*%^ THINGS. This is the way printers should have been all along.

Easy to use and set up but colors are not vibrant and fade easily. Was told to clean the heads but that didn't work and since it passed 15 day exchange period I am stuck with it. I bought for my NFP but nothing I can do now except buy a new one.

Good Color Printer and no color cartridge's to buy, just the ink. The display is small which is my on issue. Since display is to small, wish there was way to using software instead.

It started out great with great quality, That was the end of November. By January I had to do the first print head cleaning. By this moth which is July I had to do at least 11 more print head cleanings. Ususally one did the job. July 24th I was printing and the quality was bad again. I cleaned it 4 times and then found out how to do a power clean. The second power clean only got me 3 more pages. I contacted Epson through e-mail and after answering stupid questions they said call. That was Monday and too late for me to call on Monday. I called today the 27th and they said clean it again because it has been more than 24 hours and call them if the problem persists. I have had enough printers to know the print head is dead. I have only print 181 pages and of the last 10 7 of them were nozzle checks. I will not buy anything from Epson again because they do not stand behind their products.

I hate my printer. I'm not tech savvy and needed something that was an easy setup, easy connect to wi-fi, easy use. This is not the one. It seemed like it was a quality printer and it just may be, but will I ever know? It won't print. I've entered the correct password a dozen times and have installed every update it requested, but it won't print. Epson hasn't helped. Staples hasn't helped. Best Buy hasn't helped. What a complete waste. If you need something simple to print work documents, I don't recommend this printer for ease of use.

It has a good size ink tank. There. That's the one good thing I can say about this printer. The printer interface panel is a joke. Who was the genius who decided to use Mayan hieroglyphics for an interface? Photo print quality is the pits. I have NEVER seen photo print quality this bad. Ever. All photos come out muddy and dark. I mean this thing REALLY STINKS! Photos that printed great on my older HP are just throw away garbage on this Epson. If ALL you will ever print is black and white documents, then it's an OK printer. Otherwise, AVOID. Would I buy this printer again? NEVER! As much as I dislike HP's ink hog printers, at least they could print a decent photo.

Junk. Printer would not allow refilling tanks or resetting ink levels. Its the last Epson printer i buy.

I purchased this thinking it would be the last printer I bought. Selling point? 4,000 copies. I got less then a dozen before I took it back. The window with the instructions was awkwardly placed so I had to bend in half to try to read. The print was so small I couldn’t read it. The power cord did not fit snugly and kept falling out. The printing was snail speed and blurry. I hated everything about this printer and after 4 days packed it back to the store for a refund. The paper feeder did not work well and the paper did not feed evenly. I could go on and on about how terrible this printer is but won’t bore you with anymore details. Bottom line is DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRINTER. KEEP LOOKING I would not recommend to a friend, an enemy yes but not a friend. Even if somebody wants to give you one free don’t accept, life is too short for this amount of aggravation.

I thought everything was going well, but when I attempted to use the pronter.... It would connect on my computer. Apparently woll not connect withmy WIFI

This printer worked well when first purchased. As a casual user, I first lost the ability to print color, the nozzles clogged from lack of use. Next, when attempting to print black print, the black nozzle clogged. I've tried the maintenance procedure to "clean" the print head, no such luck. I have ordered another printer that I can use occasionally and expect it to work. I do not recommend this printer for the casual user (home office).

Just bought this printer and followed it all the way to charging the ink, turned it on and chose language and it errors out with "Scanner error. For details see equipment documents." E-02 error. So disappointing with printer returning it tomorrow! Hopefully its just a bad unit!

This thing is garbage. I used to be a big fan of epson printers but this has soured them for me. The first firmware update corrupted the bootloader, and now i have to go through a complex boot process every time or it boots into a "set jig mode." This is a common problem and epson has done nothing to correct it. I frequently have to reboot it to get it to start accepting print jobs again. The print heads need to be re-aligned constantly to get a decent print quality. I'm furious that I spent so much on this thing, hoping to reduce waste due to being able to refill the ink.

Printer worked good for about a year. Then stopped printing any black. Multiples calls to tech kept getting the same things to try. Printer not easy to service as requires four screws to open cover to get to print head. No where to take the printer for warranty service. Time to scrap this printer and go back to the cheaper ones.
