    I need to return this printer, the paper does not feed. I do love the Eco supertank ink portion of the printer....will exchange mine for hopefully one that feeds correctly.

    Printer jams often. Print quality can be very hit and miss. I have to run the print head cleaner often. Currently it is telling me it needs service.

    I'm not impressed for the price and short time I've had it... my paper keeps jamming and my paper has lines no matter how hard I've tried to fix it.

    Seems like a no brained. Unfortunately, the simplicity of the machine seems like it bled into the lack of basic and functioning features. There is no ease of WiFi connection so printing from anywhere is not something this machine handles well. And that ruins the experience.
