    Wouldn't recommend this printer - starts printing very poorly after only about 300 pages. We tried everything, cleaning the print head, firmware update, manually cleaning it - pay what you get for.

    Stop buyi g print cartridges! These are great printers. Just dont let it sit for months or the heads will get very heard to keep clean

    Printer was a bit complicated to set up i had to call best buy to have geek squad support they guided me through the process and now is ready to use , i love my printer.

    TheEpson printer with refillable ink reservoir is truly a wonderful advancement. Display window needs to be enlarged and it needs to have an automatic feeder for scanning

    This was my first experience with an Epson EcoTank printer. I noticed that very few reviews mentioned print quality. I set up the ET-2850 and printed a few pages containing both text and photos. The print quality was awful. The text was a barely readable light gray and the photos were faded and washed out. I adjusted settings but couldn't get an acceptable page. I followed suggestions from online support and called customer service. Both gave me explicit directions to clean the print heads: "This issue could be an indication of clogged nozzles of the printer. Run three head cleaning cycles with nozzle checks in-between. If the nozzle check is almost 100%, leave the printer off overnight then do another cycle of cleaning and nozzle checks the next day. The issue should be fixed by then." My test page indicated that I had printed 20 pages, and I already had to do more cleanings? Seriously? I did one print head cleaning and nozzle check again, without any noticeable improvement. I returned the printer.

    hardware is good, but documentation is lacking. Little explanation of display menu. It took Google searches and individuals' YouTube videos to find out how to update firmware.

    Love the ease of wifi printing and set up was easy but when it prints on paper the images are not as good a quality as I was expecting.
