Finally figured it to add more ink- even though it was filled to the line. Also needed to download the app. Print quality not the best. Expensive considering the quality. My old cannon printer was better.

Factory error

And this is after getting a call back from epson 2 days later. Co-teacher bought one previous to my purchase and had the same problem shortly after I had my error (different error codes) Piece of junk and epson customer service is terrible

Lines are missing, the blue color stopped printing. Went through all the trouble shooting. Contacted Epson, jumped through a million hoops, finally received an authorization to return. The return process was a huge inconvenience. I would definitely not purchase again. The only reason I am giving two stars is for the tank ink, which is an awesome feature.

Disappointing quality

I don't use the printer heavily (a few prints in a month probably) . Worked great for the first year. But suddenly stopped printing a year later. I refilled the ink tanks tried all the instructions I could find online - Nothing works.

From the beginning to the end, the process was hard to figure out. Finally was able to get the printer to connect to wifi, and to download onto the computer. The best thing I guess was the ink, that does save you money.
