They were wonderful. Once set up the pinter does just about everything I used to do on my 7100

The printer works great and excellent copies. Ordering online through Best Buy was quick and easy. Delivery was fast and package was received in perfect condition.

Bestbuy location 'Eastvale' didn't take the return. Location manager was rude and said he can guide to recycle it instead of asking me to check with manufacturer. I called Epson, they send me email(s) for fixing, and it worked and printed another 10-15 pages and started printing badly again. Now, following up with Epson.

I do love the Eco supertank ink portion of the printer....will exchange mine for hopefully one that feeds correctly.

Unfortunately, the simplicity of the machine seems like it bled into the lack of basic and functioning features. There is no ease of WiFi connection so printing from anywhere is not something this machine handles well. And that ruins the experience.
