Great printer!

I bought it for my business and it sucks. Either it is always disconnecting from my wifi, saying that its out of paper, (when theres paper loaded), ink gets clogged.... Very undependable!

By the time we figured it out, it was too late to return it. My wife was trying to print photos for crafts and it kept scaring the photos. Yes, its the printer as it does it in the same spot of each page. But not every time. Now it is leaving ink spots. Its juat a big paperweight and will have to be replaced. Wish we had just spent the extra money on the old HP. That thing was bulletproof.

I don't print many so it's not that big a deal but for the price this printer should do much better than it does. The deal breaker is the size of the display screen. It is totally useless. I was going to return it but I missed the return window and that is on me.

Horrible printer.

If you don’t use the ink within a reasonable amount of time the ink tends to fade while it’s still in the printer. The yellow no longer prints yellow, red no longer prints red and I’ve spent more time “cleaning the print heads” than I have printing because the ink dries on the heads preventing clean prints.

Really bad at printing

It also is constantly jamming, and I have no idea why. Not worth the money.

A fine printer

Super bitter!!! But it is working now after another 75$ fix.

It was replaced and in a year with minimal printing it will now NOT Print in color even after filling with $75 worth of brand new ink, Dont waste your money. This one is going back too

Print quality is bad. Pixilated prints. Cuts tops of lines off at start of each paragraph. Don’t waste your money on this printer.
