It is NOT user friendly, NOT intuitive, does NOT come with a user’s guide. The screen is the size of a postage stamp. I have wasted a ridiculous amount of time on this printer. I unplugged it and plugged my very old HP back in. I will now use my old HP to print the 259 page user’s guide. I will most likely use this printer as a door stop.

Worst Printer EVER

Thankfully we kept our other printer. This jams continuously. Maybe printers just aren’t made like they used to be.

Should have purchased one a fraction of the cost and just dealt with buying cartridges.

If you are not a heavy printer, this is not for you. Purchased in January and it's no longer printing. Paper feeds as if it's printing but, blank.

I had a old HP printer it was beat up but reliable. I spent $300 on this and it only works when it wants to work. It starts turning on and off for no reason.

Then on all other platforms. Easy to use has been great. I am horrified with their support I opped out of them selling my info and they keep saying it is incomplete then put you in a loop. I cannot imagin dealing with these kind of people with a tech problem.
