In fact most support sites are ranked zero by me unfortunately and you'd think that after 43 years of using all kinds of Computers, Technology would be improving. Printers still give me trouble. "Smart"tv isn't.Android is deplorable.Hello Apple.You can show me the Epson Ecotank help so I can figure out how 2 print complete docs through Firefox? Should I open it in google docs or what and where do I find my product? Site isn't easy. Maybe I should have bought a better one?

Bought this to print envelopes and I can't get even one to come out without ink smudges... With no support found anywhere on envelope printing, I wanted to return it and see that there is only a 2-week return window! That is ridiculous...

What a Sorry Product

You always have to do maintenance. It will not print straight lines for payroll checks. It is too late to return, so be careful with this purchase.

Terrible printer

I am so tired of opening it and digging out the paper that tears and comes out in little bitty pieces because there's no release lever. I even bought Epson paper that it liked for a few pages, and then CRUNCH. GRRRRRRRRRRR.

Ridiculously hard installation

I wind up having to wipe the settings and set it up as a new printer.

They BOTH quit printing in color in Feb 2025 even though the ink levels are good. We were using one at home and one at work (classroom).

Absolutely not worth it

Either streaky lines or “no airdrop printers found” or poor quality prints in general no matter how many alignments and printer head cleanings get done. App is awful as well.
