This prints extremely accurately and fairly quickly. Ink tanks still almost fill in spite of printing many pages

The process of ordering, paying and receiving was fast and easy. I got free next day delivery too. Setup wasn’t bad. The ink reservoirs are big and ink levels have not moved with daily printing. However, The printer loses connectivity with the network 2-3 times per day and must be turned off and on each time to acquire the network. My previous Epson printer was flawless, never had an issue with the same network. None of my many devices has any network connectivity issues.

Needed a color printer for kids school work with all of this at home schooling these days. I typically loathe inkjet printers given the high cost per page, but didn't even know supertank printers were a thing. This is a fantastic printer. Print speed can be a little slow, but it is quite miserly with the ink, and love that I don't have to buy ridiculous cartridges anymore. I've printed hundreds of color pages so far, and it doesn't even seem like I've used any ink so far.

A great value for ink. The upfront cost is a bit high and so far the quality is good.

Printer works well overall. Ink was easy to fill. Setup to wifi threw a few error messages, which I ignored and printer connected to wifi eventually. Installing drivers on PC went OK. After setup, printer functions well.

I am giving this printer 5 stars just because it is able to print of thicker papers and also it has backside paper feed tray which helps me prevent my photo papers from folding in a curve which happens in almost all the printers with ground feeding tray.

Prints perfect and clear very satisfied with printing quality

This Epson ET-2850 printed fine for the first day, perhaps 6 sheets of paper. It then sent an error message saying there was a paper jam and would not print. I spent hours on the phone with Epson sending pictures of simple things to prove I had properly cleared the path. Finally they agreed they would send me another printer (after I gave them a $200+ Credit card deposit) and I would have it in a week to 10 days and I would then have to ship the defective printer back. I told them to forget it. I took the printer back to Best Buy where they were very quick to take the defective printer back. The Epson contact was very pleasant and professional. I did have a real problem understanding her much of thew time and she did not seem very technical. I believe she was just reading a script. I was frustrated. I then bought a similar HP printer from Best Buy for about $100 less. I;m so glad I did not buy the epson directly from the Epson website.

It's my first wireless printer (and computer). I find it very useful and am printing more than I thought I would. I print Value Line Investment Survey, and find that in the color printing, if it's real fine print about every 5th line or so, only the top part of the letters in a line print making that line unreadable. It's only super fine color print where that happens.
