    I've had several printers (HP, Canon, Epson). Epson was always my favorite and I've loyally had Epson for the last 3 or 4 printers. This one is HORRIBLE! Nothing but problems since I got it and now, after 2 years of VERY LIGHT use, it has had software failure and is shot. Furthermore, the closest service center to me in North Jersey is in Farmingdale, NY! 76 miles away. Terrible option for a terrible printer. Trashing it....and Epsons.

    Paid $250 for this printer and it lasted 20 months. Residential use, still on the same printer ink that came with the unit. Had Total Tech which should have this under a 2 year warranty but because I did not renew the Total Tech this year, BestBuy canceled out EVERY item I had purchased under two years of paying for the Total Tech program, thus canceling the warranty.

    I hate it. Cannot compare in construction to my HP printer. It seems like a toy. Print quality is dismal at best, especially color. I have actually purchased a new HP printer and will be donating the Epson.

    Not as many features as I would like. I asked the rep on the phone if it had certain features and was told yes. When I got it, it didn’t have them, but I was badly in need of a printer and didn’t have time to wait for another one.

    We had high hopes for this printer but after only a dozen or so pictures this printer stopped printing with any sort of quality. We had to take it back shortly after buying it

    Incredibly hard printer to setup. The navigation is painful and in the end I never did get it on the network. I'd avoid this one.

    Epson is Garbage

    Do not waste your time with this printer. I had problems with it right away and should have returned it. I contact Epson after its last failure and they sent me a replacement. I purchased this unit in September, it is now April. They sent me a REFURBISHED, not a new unit, and this one was broken right out of the box.

    Very disappointed in this printer. The black ink has never worked. Epson customer service has been extremely difficult to contact. We have run every single maintenance program and diagnostic to no avail. I bought this for my elderly parents thinking it would be low maintenance for them and it has been nothing but a burden.

    The app sucks, it's not clear whatsoever as to how to use the app. I think all it can really do is print from my phone which is GREAT (no point at all). The printer itself - Any time I try to print something, there's a jam. Such a waste of money.

    I should really give it zero stars. After less than two months, with full ink tanks, the printer doesn’t print. You can only barely see some red lines across the pages. Cleaned the heads a few times and it’s still the same. Of course it happened right after the printer is unreturnable to the store. Feeling like that scene in Office Space right now

    This printer is terrible. Print quality is fuzzy; pictures have a blue tint; it does not recognize page settings in your document - you often must enter them again, thru a convoluted multi step process on a TINY screen; almost nothing is intuitive. Even turning it on doesn’t work part of the time, Awful.

    Prints very slow. Fuzzy prints even if just printing text. Images print even worse. Fuzzy, and bland colors. Even on good quality paper at best print setting. Joined a group to discuss, and it seems a lot of people have the same issue. I am considering returning it. I would not buy this brand again.

    Are you able to help? Epson couldn't. In fact most support sites are ranked zero by me unfortunately and you'd think that after 43 years of using all kinds of Computers, Technology would be improving. Printers still give me trouble. "Smart"tv isn't.Android is deplorable.Hello Apple.You can show me the Epson Ecotank help so I can figure out how 2 print complete docs through Firefox? Should I open it in google docs or what and where do I find my product? Site isn't easy. Maybe I should have bought a better one?
