The reason for only 3 stars is the software that runs this printer. It is very cumbersome to direct scans to folders on your computer; after you set up a folder to send it to you have to re-name each scan in a group separately or you get just a generic "scan 001" with a date. It is also cumbersome to change the settings for printing for separate jobs. The software downgrades and other good printer.

However, it's been on and working great for the past 3 weeks. I'll let you know when it poops out a day after its warranty.
