Q: Can I use sublimation ink for this printer?

A: I have, and it works great!! I have a small business, and it’s done great!

Q: Does this printer handle cardstock well?

A: Yes ,it does handle card stock well.

Q: I am finding the color to be quite dull on regular white paper. I like everything else about this printer but think the colors look quite faded. Red looks orange. Am I doing something wrong?

A: Did you follow the install instructions that they sent. It's quite tedious but it's necessary because it primes the lines and possibly that's the issue. The color on ours is very vivid.

Q: I mainly use a B&W laser printer, but sometimes i would like to be able to print in color. With this in mind, i am considering this printer. Will the ink dry out or harden? How about the ink in the bottles? How long will the ink last if not used?

A: It won’t dry out. Will last two years. Print something once a month if it sits idle.

Q: Why do you need a separate yellow bottle when the 3-pack has one?

A: You can buy ink in sets or individual. Some colors will run out quicker, then you may want to purchase one at a time. For me its usually black that I might have to buy separate.

Q: Can you scan multiple pages?

A: Yes, you can scan multiple pages with this.

Q: Will it scan to PDF? Will it scan to image?

A: Yes

Q: Can you use printable vinyl?

A: yes, but make sure its inkjet printable and not lazerjet
