“I am finding the color to be quite dull on regular white paper. I like everything else about this printer but think the colors look quite faded. Red looks orange. Am I doing something wrong?”

• Did you follow the install instructions that they sent. It's quite tedious but it's necessary because it primes the lines and possibly that's the issue. The color on ours is very vivid.
