A:AnswerDid you follow the install instructions that they sent. It's quite tedious but it's necessary because it primes the lines and possibly that's the issue. The color on ours is very vivid.
A:AnswerYou can buy ink in sets or individual. Some colors will run out quicker, then you may want to purchase one at a time. For me its usually black that I might have to buy separate.
A:AnswerIt comes with regular inkjet ink. If you want to use it with sublimation ink you will need to buy that separately and you will need to make sure you don't ever fill it with the regular ink first. There is not really an effective way to fully clean/purge the lines and reservoirs so once you put one kind of ink in it, you won't be able to get pure results if you switch.
A:AnswerIt is unlikely but it would be possible. Each one of the refill bottles has a drip free and keyed opening so it will only fit on the proper color tank and will only dispense the ink after it is pushed down on the tank fill. The printer also has a maintenance box. this it were the printer puts unused ink from jobs and cleaning. It has to be replaced on occasion depending on how much you use the printer.
A:AnswerThis model only scans one page at a time, and you have to place the page on the glass. So, technically yes, it will scan double sides, but you literally have to physically turn the page over and scan the 2nd side! :)
A:AnswerI do not use mine for sublimation because I already had a sublimation printer. I do know there are sublimation inks you can buy for this printer. I love my Epson ET 3710!
