We haven't tested them, but there are third-party labels that work with our products. The print quality is great but the copy to print is incredibly detailed and near perfect to the original image. I love how little ink it uses after its first run. I've used 20lb, 28lb, and 65lb paper in this with the only issue being printing to the reverse side. Sometimes it does jam but only if I am mass printing

Nice enough, moderately fast, but gimmicky.
The Good: nice photos and print quality, nice-looking, moderately noisy. The Meh: membrane buttons are lame (but at least they're clicky). at least they're clicky. Settings menus are typically bad. THE BAD: ** GIMMICKY MOTORIZED OUTPUT TRAY is certain to break at some point, and needs to be MANUALLY RETRACTED AFTER EVERY USE if you want to prevent dust from getting into the input tray. ** MANDATORY INITIAL SETUP AND "PRIMING" TOOK LITERALLY 1/4 OF THE INK, see photos

Power button blinking
Great printer. The power button blinking when in standby drove me crazy so I tapped a quarter over it. I called tech support and they said it was a bad printer. But it turns out that all the printers of this type blink.
