Like printer but cannot connect all our devices

It is frustrating. Epson has offered some support but their are barriers to accessing them. Does my existing tech support that I pay for annually available to help with this? I have easily my prior Epson printer to all our devices, not sure why this does not work.

|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using the leading brand printer for years but the quality of those printers has deteriorated over the years. I decided to try this Epson EcoTank printer and have been pleasantly surprised with the quality and speed of this printer. The printer prints quickly unlike my old printer that took a minute or more to cycle from a cold state. It is quiet for a printer in this price category. The setup was very easy by way of the step-by-step guide. Epson supplies some small bottles of ink to get you started. I've never had a printer with an onboard system for ink. I think I'm really going to like it and I believe it will save a lot of money on purchasing ink cartridges over the years. Make sure you follow the instructions carefully and try to avoid spilling ink as you fill the tanks. Epson has a great solution for that as they custom fit the color for the bottle of ink with the corresponding color in the tank. It appears that you can't overfill the tank. The initial priming of the printer does take some time (about 8-10 minutes or so), but after that, pages print out quickly. The WiFi connection was easy as it recognized my WiFi network with no additional hassle. This is a great, must-have feature for any printer these days. This is a great printer. I definitely recommend it for your consideration of a printer in this price range.
