How unfortunate that it did not quite fix my need. Intermittent use leaves me needing to repeatedly running print quality tests. After 6 months I get a self test result indicating unit neds to be returned for service. Dang

Printing black is great, but printing color has been an issue since the beginning. I have cleaned it, aligned it and whatever else, so many times, and color is not even close to what it should be.

It keeps telling me my printer is offline. I am able to print emails, documents and other items but not invoices.
