Jams every single time I use it. Called Espson and they could care less. Want to replace with a refurbished. Not when I paid for a brand new one expecting it to work correclty.

I have had Epson printers in the past along with many other brands and they have all come up short after prolonged use. That does not hold true with this Epson.... I love this printer and it is how a printer should be made. The set up was a little tedious and drawn out but well worth it. It wasn't difficult, just took some time to load the ink tanks, and fine tune the printing heads. The best part of this printer is the ink tanks! It holds fairly large amounts of ink from tubes that you just pour in. Don't know how long they will last but it seems that it will last a very long time. The print quality is very good and quiet. My daughter has been printing her artwork non-stop and the printer has not skipped a beat. It is connected wirelessly via our wifi network without any problems and is setup with an email to print from any locations just by sending the request via email. The scanner is a scanner and gets the job done without complaint. I really have nothing but praise for this printer and cant see having to purchase ink refills for quite some time which is the main purpose of getting an ECO Tank printer. Simply awesome as a money saver.

Printer never printed in color always black and white and still printed like if it was running out pf ink and it is brand new

Not the items I was looking for had chat with online rep gave me incorrect information sending back was a waste of time and money for me i lost money because of false information

Do not buy this printer. The quality of the copies are very low. It gets jammed up constantly too. I wish I had returned it right off the bat. Very disappointed. Should have bought a HP.

Haven't been able to set up the printer. Printed instructions picture does not match actual printer....and instructions are not great. Very disappointed. What to do?

Set up was very easy and simple for this printer. This is my first printer with filling the ink. It was very easy with no mess if done properly. I've used this to print many pages for school and work and I am still nearly full for ink. The quality is very good in the prints as well no smearing or blurs.

Had to return it to the store, Need to keep restarting it every time I printed over wifi Laptop and Apple devices have a hard time finding the printer

very loud and runs out of paper quickly i would not purchase this again i feel it is worth about 100$ and paid well over $300 very disappointed

It's pretty easy these days to find a cheap printer that gets the printing done (at least for my needs). The problem is when that cheap printer runs out of ink, you go to buy more and it ends up costing more than the printer originally did. This new Epson Tank printer does not have that problem. Yes, the printer itself is a little pricier, but in the end, I think I'll save a lot of money not having to buy ink cartridges every couple of months. The print jobs are clean and crisp, wireless hook up was no problem, and the wireless versatility (ability to print from multiple types of devices) have all been fantastic. This replaced an old HP printer for me (by old, I mean 4-5 years). I was tired of buying ink cartridges that often dried out anyway, and I never could get that one connected properly to my computer for scanning. The ease of use and cost savings with the Epson make it a winner for me. Definitely happy with this printer and expect to use it a lot.

This review is for the Epson EcoTank ET-3710 Wireless All-In-One Printer. I really enjoyed using this printer. I have been using this printer for a couple of weeks now and this is definately an upgrade than what I was using before. This was received in white color. It is wireless, which is nice because I am not a fan of hooking up USB if I do not have to. I am more of a hands free person. Who isn't? Just set it up with the wireless setting, and you are good to go!! The really cool thing about this printer that I found INSANE, for one it is a voice activated printer and it has a display screen on it. It shows all of the settings on it, what all that you can do with it. What??!!!! Also, filling up the ink. You don't use cartridges for it, like any other regular printer. You actually have to physically pour the ink in with bottles. Simply mind blowing! I have never seen that before in a printer. The ink will last for a very long time, 2 years - the bottled in you put into this printer is equivalent for up to 80 cartridges as you would a normal printer.. so this thing can literally print out pages upon pages of important documents, pictures, you name it. Print it, and it will work in a breeze. I also enjoyed on how this printer can scan and copy as well. Nothing is more frustrating than having to go out to the library to get something copied or scanned.. when you can do this at home, whenever you want. The paper tray holds up to 150 sheets, so it will last a long time. This printer is seriously the best. It's very durable, made with heavy duty plastic material. It's not flimsy at all and this will be well worth the money into buying this product. The Epson EcoTank 3710 is a dynamic home printer that has multiple functions which can handle a professional workload of tasks. Installing drivers and the software package on my PC was as simple as typing the Epson.com/supportet3710 website address and clicking on the printer’s individual link. I also installed the Epson iPrint Mobile app from Google Play on my Pixel phone. Once I opened the Epson iPrint Mobile app, I was able to print and scan from my mobile device. The printing comes out clear and sharp in great detail. I was able to print from both my computer and my phone. I printed text from my computer and I printed professional looking photos from my phone, with great satisfaction.

The worst printer ever! It is not worth the money. The scanner is very slow and difficult to set up and it is VERY loud. Don't buy it.

Initial set up of the Epsom Ecotank ET-3710 All in One Supertank Printer was a multistep process. It doe take some time to set it up. Upon opening f the box everything was packaged well. The printer comes with 4 different ink cartridges, power cord, printer and instructions. It does not come with an Ethernet cable to hook to a computer. Instructions are easy to follow. It does take a while to fill the ink tanks. It took 15-20 seconds for each cartridge to fill at first. Once you first turn the printer on and start the ink charge process it took 9 minutes to charge the ink After ink charge you must repeat the ink fill process again to finish filling the ink tanks. Filling the ink tanks was very easy but can be a little messy for a first time user as myself. The only issue I had was with the finish fill process when I got a small amount of ink on my hands. The print set up is a multi step process in itself. You have to go through 5 pages of different prints to get the printer head adjusted. Which you have to choose the numbers that you see being correct on the printed pages. After printer head was adjusted I connected the printer to WiFi. A firm ware up date showed up on the printer which I completed. That process took about 4 minutes. Once the update was completed I attempted to print a document directly from my IPhone XS Max. Printing was successful. The colors were correct and looked well on regular printer paper. I then set the printer up to my laptop using an Ethernet cable to print a T-shirt design for sublimation purposes. I will be testing to see if the ink provided holds up on a T-shirt or if a different type of ink will be required to start making custom sublimation orders. Also, using a design program I was successful in printing pages for an upcoming gender reveal project. I used the copy feature on the printer to make several copies of the design. The scan feature is also easy to use. After spending time getting familiar with the printers functions, I can say that this is one of the best printers that I have used in a while. I opened the ink tubes to fill the ink tanks in the new printer and this blew me away. Not a drop of ink spilled from the tubes. I placed each one individually one at a time per directions all the way upside down. When the tank was full the ink stopped. When I pulled the tube off the tank, no ink at all. Not even a drop. Printer prints crisp clean colorful pages without fail. Beautiful colors and perfect black and white pages as well. This is the first printer I have had in a long time that has simplified my life. Looking forward to using less ink and getting perfect printing every time.

This printer was designed with long ink life and ending waste by having to continually buy new ink cartridges. Ink actually comes in bottles, and in the box comes literally 2 years worth of ink (maybe even more when it comes to home use). The printer is fast, prints double sided, and can be used hard-wired via USB or via WiFi. Of course, it also has a scanner built it. I've been using it for the past few days and Epson hit a home run with this device - I knew they would though as I use a similar printer at work every day. Outstanding job, Epson! Out-freaking-standing!

This is an awesome printer. Setting it up was very easy. I've always wanted an Eco Tank because it cost low in ink. The print quality is perfect! And setting up for sizes and layouts is definitely super easy. I like that it is wireless because I usually print stuff straight from my phone or tablet. So I've been in the market for a new printer for awhile and I'm glad I got to try out the Epson EcoTank! The initial setup was really easy, almost fool-proof. I was a little confused as to the remaining ink in the bottles after filling the tanks, but after the calibration, they topped-off the tanks to full. The software installed without a problem. The printer handles both b/w and color prints with ease and precision. I ran off a few documents and the printer delivered without a hiccup. Then, I printed some photos on photo-grade paper (Kodak brand) for a home project. The photos came out a little darker than I expected, but looked amazing and were dry to the touch. The connectivity features also worked seamlessly. I tested both the cloud-print and print-from-phone features (I use an Android phone), and it was able to deliver accurate full-color pdf prints. After all my testing and photo printing, I still have a ton of ink left in the tanks! I will also say that it's really nice to have a visual indicator of ink level as sometimes the software readouts aren't as accurate. I absolutely would recommend this printer to anyone looking for a well-rounded and attractive multi-function printer.
