The printer does a fine job of copying but so far it has not been possible to get it to connect to my computer. The previous version of the printer connected with no problem, so do not know what the problem is. Will confer with BBuy after New Year's Eve for solutions to the problem. Liked the previous version of this printer, only problem there was that not printing in color resulted in clogged color printing outlets, for this one will print at least one color page per week to keep that open.

This is a great printer. I previously had the ep 2800 then it had messed up so I got this one and I’m glad I did. I love the fact that the paper tray is in the front and it seems much faster than the 2800. I would recommend this printer to all my family and friends

Bought this machine a little over a year ago and just now writing a review. Yeah didn't even think about it until now. THE BEST printer I've ever had! I still have plenty of ink, the black is used the most but still have plenty. I looked at other printers that have 'ink subs' but I didn't want to do that. This is by far the most economical. I've printed many pages of stickers, pages of just paper print outs and pictures and still have lots of ink. The photo quality is phenomenal. They print out just like it was done with film, vibrant and clear; I did use Epson photo paper. Oh the stickers, I use printable vinyl and again the quality is vibrant. I've even printed photo magnets on printable magnet sheets. I have recommended this printer time and time again. I will buy a sublimation one when I am in need of one. I have always like Epson products.

Quiet and works great. My other Epson was 8+ years and just was worn out. Went to the tank style to save from buying cartridges. So far it’s been real good. Easy set up too

Epson printer was easy to set up with its printer bottles instead of cartridges. But the instructions for connection to the internet and general operation was lacking and not generally intuitive. Had to download the manual to resolve issues. Printing has been excellent since I finally resolved the issues. Turning the printer off is sometimes difficult as it must be shifted from no to yes and followed by ok, but it frequently jumps out of sequence.

Love this printer! Color prints are great and use is simple and easy! Love that I can print from my phone with one touch! No issues so far!!

This is the first wireless printer I've had and it's convenient to be able to easily print from my phone, laptop, or tablet. I have some minor inconveniences that are nuisances but livable. First issue is, sometimes it says the printer isn't available. The fix is to turn the printer on and off. There's only one time I had to restart my device and not the printer. I haven't had issues with my computer not recognizing the printer when it's wired, so this is new to me. Another minor inconvenience is, you cannot print to the printer when it's asleep. You have to wake it up by tapping on the button. With the printers I've had in the past, it didn't matter if I didn't use it for a week, I could just print and it wakes up the printer. Third minor inconvenience is when you turn off the printer, it asked you if you want to turn it off, no or yes, and you have to push the button to the right to choose yes. I'm used to leaving my printer as is but since this one needs to be rebooted at times, I turn it off more often. It would've been more convenient to have it over the yes button, or just turn it off like other printers. The set-up is easy, the instructions are clear and I followed them to the T. The only issue I had, was the printer quality was very light. What I did was change the settings in the Epson app on the computer. It's a little tricky and had to use Google (YouTube) to help me. The paper type needs to match, if you're using regular paper, vinyl sticker paper, cardstock paper, it needs to be specified to ensure better printer quality. Keep in mind, if the paper size doesn't match on both the printer settings and in the printer, it won't print, it will ask you on the printer if you want to proceed because the dimensions doesn't match the paper. Once you hit yes, it'll print. Overall, this is a great printer and despite the amount of printing I've done, I still have plenty of ink. With my old Canon printer, I would've ran out if ink by now. I print mostly pictures for my journal.

I'm very satisfied with this printer. I use it mainly for office work. Documents and grafts. It is very efficient. No more ink cartridges that last 3 weeks and cost a fortune to replace.

It works perfectly, one of the main reasons i got this one was i don’t print a ton but I mainly picked this one because it has photo printing. And it prints AMAZING i love how it has the tanks for ink. I hated buting cartage after cartage. I was skeptical of how well the photo print was but i love it and so dose my wife. It had a slight delay of arrival and the app wasn’t updating and I contacted customer service and had fantastic service for help of the arrival I definitely recommend this to anyone

Nice compact printer, like the liquid ink. Think it will be more economical. Not as fast printing as our old one, but getting used to it.

Great so far. Replacing an older Canon ink cartridge printer. Wish it had a document feeder and capability to save scans on usb drive. At this price, those should have been included. Will update how long the ink lasts as this is my first time purchasing this type of printer. Hopefully wont need to keep my second job for replaciement cartridge purchases

The EcoTank ET-3830 is a great printer. The print quality is good, the speed of printing is pretty quick, and the lack of cartridges for the ink is huge! When the printer needs refilled with ink, it's simple... but the ink tanks are so large, you can print a LOT before you'll need to.

Just what we were looking for, easy set up, and it works well. So far, this is the best printer that we have owned.
