A bit more difficult to get on line than the hp printers that I have always used but it seems to be more consistent in functionality and availability and better with photo reproduction. Definitely like the ink system and potential ease and savings. Glad we made the switch from hp.

I bought the Epson printer because of the tank technology instead of cartridges. So far I have been satisfied. The setup was quite easy, although not as easy as the salesperson promised. And on the whole it's been working well and operation is quite straightforward. The quality of the print is good, although not outstanding. The scanner works well. But with printers time will tell.

I’m so happy with this purchase , I haven’t changed or added ink yet. It was a definite money saver.

Easy to set up. Epson app on phone makes setup and connecting to home WiFi fast and easy. Setup on computer was just as easy. Works great so far for what I have printed.

needed to replace my epson 7700 due to mother board problem. really like epsons for picture quality this one is very good only drawback is you cant print on CD

Needed to replace my old printer and wanted something that I wouldn't be tied down to a print cartridge as much as typical ink jets do. Printer was simple to setup, used the mobile app and it steps you through the process with no issues. WiFi worked great and had no issue at all. Would recommend the printer to anyone!

This is my first Epson and I am pleased with this purchase. Easy to unpack and setup due to clear instructions. Size, pricing, and functionality meet expectations.

Great. Inexpensive printer. The guys that set it up did a great job, they spent time showing us how to use everything. Great product, great service.

It has been a great printer. I like the Supertank ink. So easy to refill and I think it will be more economical in the long run.

This is the best printer I have ever owned and believe me I've owned a few. Uses very little ink doesn't use cartridges. Has liquid you fill little containers with?

This printer is awesome! Filling the ink tanks is so easy and fast. Print quality is great. Also, did some copying, which was simple and the quality was fabulous. Would definitely recommend this printer.

I love that I dont have to mess with ink cartridges anymore, definently will have paid for itself overtime. Print quality is great. It was a little tedious setting up and connecting to my computer however that could totally be user error! Highly recommend this printer!

do not put the epson ink in if you want to do Dye Sub. Order Dye Sub ink and install it instead. Overall the quality of Epson printers is still too notch. These eco tanks are so far ahead of the old cartridge based systems. Print quality is stellar.

Easy set up and capabilityof printing throughyour phone. Like how quite it is to print but also has a quit function. Pretty fast when printing documents as well.

Bought this as a replacement for a lower-model Ecotank printer. Very happy, easy to set up, print quality is very good. Doesn't jam with specialty paper like the lower model did.

Bought for sublimation. Worked great right out of the box. I have only used HP exclusively in the past but was surprised by the quality from this printer.

It was a wise choice to purchase the Epson, ET-3830 printer! I love the larger screen, pull out trays, and generous ink tanks. It's a very sturdy design, unlike many other flimsy printers on the market.

Setup was a breeze. Satisfied thus far with the overall performance. Gave 4 stars because sometimes with the printable sticker paper used, two gets pulled at the same time and print doesnt come out as it should. Besides that im happy eith my purchase.
