    Its okay, but not for the price, the copies seem to be damp once printed. Connecting to WI-FI was a long time coming,,,, not as fast as expected. Got a good connection today, but not always.

    My EPSON ET-3830 never worked right from the day I got it. It does not dispense black ink/unable to make black/white copies or certain types of printing. Brought to attention of GEEK SQUAD /was told to contact vendor & HUNG-UP on !!II am living w/problem until I have time to return it... running ink-jet cleaning does no good...am working around MED/APPTS. (after recent surgery) plus all the other obligations any other homeowner has.

    It takes a lot of time to load the software, which also loads a lot of different software components. The first print job worked great but then there were issues with printing. Unloaded and reloaded the software four times, and still had the same issues, unable to print certain items, error messages. Returned printer to Best Buy

    I am not happy at all with this printer. The screen is so small and the help is on line that I cannot decipher. A Geek Squad installed this printer which worked when he was here, but I frequently get a message that system cannot find connection. Sometimes it will print after I have shut it down at night and restart the next morning. It prints that page from the night before and then will not print anything else the next morning.

    The software is not that friendly. And the buttons on the printer you have no clue what they really do half the time not marked or labeled

    Ink tank full and printing like its nearing empty. Did a cleaning 15 times to get it to work properly. Within weeks its not working again. Its to be noted that it is not even 6 months old and gets light use

    Have to run the trouble shooter every once in a while, 4 times since purchase or it refuses to print, changed to black and white for a time for some reason. Do not really like this item.

    We purchased the Epson printer and found it difficult to set up and difficult to use. The printing quality for photos was poor. Despite supposedly using less ink a cartridge ink jet printer, we found it consumed more ink than was reasonable for the documents and photos we did print. We ended up returning it and replacing it with a Canon Pixma,

    Works great and produces great prints, BUT the glass from the copier is flimsy. Set it down on the floor and the glass inside shattered. And mind you i was very careful while placing it down. Going to have to send it off and hopefully get it fixed.
