    Horrible Horrible Printer. Please do not buy. Doesn't print on time. The queue is impossible to clear. When turned on, it ends up printing some old jobs. Such a waste of $400. Even the print quality for color is average at best (Black and white is fine).

    Your software is hard to deal with. I may have it now after speaking with about 4 or 5 people. The last lady pointed me in the correct direction. something not mentioned by the others. You need easier software to work with.

  • Problems With Connecting to My Computer

    I've had lots of problems with the connection of this Printer to my new Computer. I have had to make several trips to the Geek Squad to get things to print. I am now getting an error message each time I print, and I have to allow the Printer to fix the problem. NOT WHAT I EXPECT FROM THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I PAID!

    Doesn't do labels or any sort of "heavy" paper. I called Epson and they just said "it's a product limitation". The guy at Best Buy assured me it was a "do everything" printer. Sucks. And they won't take it back. Goodbye Best Buy. You won't be seeing me no more.

    The copies are not the greatest for the amount of money spent on the machine. Plus the copier does not develop pictures at all! I’m really disappointed.

    Great purchase and great portable machine. I would buy this again over the next epson with auto feeder. Auto feeder breaks and stick with this machine - its worth the money

    This purchase of the Epson 3830 did not last long. The 800# staff provided assistance but could not determine why it no longer works. Per their instructions they said they would send a new machine but we are still without a working printer.

    You have to set print quality to high or you may see banding in large areas of the same volor. Sometimes the ink seems to bleed too much, but it could be from the paper.

    I just took it out and Smashed it to bits , repeatedly . It kept jamming . Giving stupid messages . I have a total lack of tolerance for mediocrity .
