I was using Canon printers and was sick of the error messages with them. I wouldn’t recommend this printer for printing photos, but for school and office, this fits the bill. It prints 2 sided and it definitely beats constantly replacing print cartridges. Set up was easy, but lengthy. Definitely a HUGE step up from Canon.

The Downey store made the whole process from start to finish very easy convienient and friendly staff. However my particular product was faulty and I had to return it. It happens sometimes. But I will return to Best Buy.

The overall experience with Best Buy was excellent.

Love EcoTank

Even if the ink wasn’t cheaper the ease would be worth the cost. Wanted double-sided printing and different sized papers-check. Occasional photos-check (great quality). And increased speed, flies on draft and still usable. Mac software OK, could use some updating.

This is by far the most annoying we have ever owned. You have to manually change all settings on the front screen which is not a touch screen. When loading paper it is difficult to move the plastic bars to hold 8x11 paper. The ink does last a long time. When this breaks we will definitely go back to HP.

On, all of the cardstock prints i done, it was very light in color on the best quality settings. colors looked very faded looking on my 50 lb.. cardstock. which, is not that heavy of a paper to print on. TRIED, REGULAR PAPER same thing, colors looked all faded looking. printer, did not want to stay connected to my wireless air internet. constantly, having to push the off button on and off and resart the printer every time i needed to print out a sheet of documents. The, only thing this printer is good for is the cheap inks it holds in the machine. prints, out pages varely slow . not a good printer , at all with all the issues it has. I, do not Recommend, because of the slow print outs, and the faded colored sheets, and constantly having to restart machine.. not worth the headache for my liking. returned to store

Last night it finally printed a couple of documents on my screen but tonight it won't. It would print them if I hook up the cord between my computer and the printer, but it is supposed to work on Wifi but I cannot get it to work.

It will not print duplex, and gets "confused" the ability to print a single page out of a document. These things happen if you are printing from an IOS device or from a MacOS computer. The solution offered is to purchase a special App/Service that costs $12/Month forever. I think this will be my first and last Epson printer.

2nd EcoTank to break

No information on how to fix it, likely a cable inside came loose. I had another Ecotank go bad due to firmware issues. I am done with Epson printers.
