This printer is okay. I am a long time Brother believer but opted for this when my old printer bit the dust. It was recommended by a friend. Supposed to be cheaper to use. The ink refill is a great idea & was easy to fill with no spill. Time will tell whether my 4 starts is worthy.

Probably the best printer I have ever bought. We have printed a bunch. Both sides. Even did a booklet style. All worked well. Scanned in a bunch of papers both side at one time which was easy to do. And the ink. Lasts a long time. Would had to replace cartridges at least three times by now. Highly recommend this printer.

switched from HP printer to this one because its ink supply lasts much longer. It has a document feeder for copies & scans. The print quality is great. It has a much larger paper tray capacity, too. There was a bit of a learning curve but that is because I have always had cheap HP printers that were easy to understand.

I've been wanting to escape the hp printer hellhole for a while, and I splurged on this beauty on black friday. I am impressed at how quiet, quick and sleek it is. As a homeschooler who prints out *a lot* of things this is really economical because the inks do cost an arm and a leg like most other brands. Well worth it!

I really like my new Epson Eco Tank ET-3850 All-in-One Supertank inkjet Printer. It prints fast, clear documents. I would highly recommend it for home or business use.

Easy set up and printing is perfect.. highly recommended

High quality prints, doesn’t lose connection with the WiFi, like my old printer. Print app on my iPhone works unfailingly. Very happy with this purchase. Wish I hadn’t waited so long to upgrade.

Great upgrade from an old ET-3600. The only odd thing is that you can't tell the printer what kind of paper you have loaded from your PC, you need to do it on the printer.

The epson eco.tank 3850 is a great printer. The ink that comes with the printer lasts a long time and the replacement ink is inexpensive.

Great printer. Easy to use and very easy to set up.

We are very happy with our Epson - EcoTank ET-3850 All-in-One Cartridge-Free Supertank Printer. The print quality is very good as are the many feature (paper supply tray, auto 2-sided printing and scanning meets are needs very well. The best feature is the economical ink usage —a great cost savings.

I bought this and a previous Epson printer. They printed well but every time Epson updated the firmware, the wifi stopped working and it twice happened after the warranty expired and you can't get access to Epson to fix them. Luckily, I had Geek Squad that will refund about half the value of the printer. BTW, they don't fix printers either. Only refund and replace. Will not buy another Epson.

Only have had it for about a month now but so far, so good. Very reliable so far and very efficient with the use of the ink. Print quality is pretty decent as well. I would highly recommend this printer for home personal and part-time work from home use. Haven’t tried to print photos with it yet.

I love being able to see the ink in the wells. I am getting many more copies than with my old HP printer that used cartridges. I love my Epson

We love this printer!!! We replaced one that required big, expensive cartridges with this and are thrilled with it! The ink is SO much less expensive, and lasts longer than I expected it would. My husband prints quite a bit working from home, and this is fulfilling the job wonderfully.

Great copier does everything the sales rep at Best Buy said it would do, it uses very little ink and is refillable at a very reasonable cost. No more expensive ink cartridges.

I love this printer, not only does the ink don't run out every 20 pages, but the capabilities this machine has is everything. ET-3850 Supertank, where have you been???

Nice printer. Great footprint. Easy fill ink into large reservoirs is a big plus. I just haven't been able to get it to print from my phone, yet, though evetyone else who has tried can print from their own phones. Will keep trying.
