    It's apparent this product was rushed out the door before the design was done. So many problems with it ... 1.) You fill the ink tanks, let it charge, then finish filling the tanks. PROBLEM: Once you use an ink bottle, it will no longer fill additional ink. So you have these bottles with just a little ink (that does everywhere), but it will not go in the printer. Oops, design wasn't finished. 2.) As soon as you get it up and running, it tells you there is a firmware update. PROBLEM: It cannot get the firmware update. But it keeps telling you it's there. The firmware update is not available for you to download; only the printer can download it. Oops, firmware udpate server isn't really available yet (although the printer can see a firmware update?). 3.) The duplexer breaks quickly (within the week for me). It now mangles paper fed in from the tray. I now have to manually feed in paper from the back. Oops, did we forget to test that? Now I have an expensive printer that doesn't work, and I just bought it.

    I have wanted this printer for a while, so when mine finally died I was excited to purchase this. Setup was easy and fast and my hopes were high. Prints color photos great. BUT, it only prints wirelessly if you shut it down and turn it back on. Every time the printer is idle I get an error message, so I shut it off and turn it back on and it prints. I am returning it. If I wanted to be stuck at the printer I wouldn't have purchased a wireless one.
