    Here's an improved version of your text: "I have been using EPSON printers for years, but everything changed with the introduction of the EcoTank. Why? Everything now relies on WiFi, and the printer's speed is incredibly slow. My question is: how many drivers or processes are involved before the printer finally receives the document? In my experience, it sometimes takes 2 to 3 minutes for the printer to receive the document and another 2 to 3 minutes to actually start printing. You might ask about the location of my laptop, and I can tell you—it’s right next to the printer, just 10 cm away." Every 2 to 3 months, we come back asking to replace the printer. I think today we will go back and switch to another brand. I will not recommend this EPSON brand at all. If I have the option to choose 0 start I will do it

    This printer is excellent. We have struggled to find a printer that didn't run out of ink so quickly and this solved our problems. AMAZING!

    It worked as advertised. Epson EcoTank is definitely the right way to do printing in 2023! But the down side is, that it has no Faxing capability. Overall a great printer after all. If you do need Faxing capability, I recommend the Epson EcoTank 4850.

    Overall, some of the work was performed okay, but wasn't handled correctly! Your Technician was more worried by getting out of our place,because she had an hour driving to just get to her next appointment, and her interest was lost in completed ours! The worst was, our Wi-Fi wasn't tied into the new printer we purchased from you guys! I called Epson twice, and they gave us good support on how to hook up everything!!

    If you don't use it often then the black ink gets stuck in the jets and you have to clean it or get runs on the page where you cant read the words. If you do the hard clean it fills the reservoir and you have to buy another one. The older models were better.
