Since it’s holiday time and the printer is new, I can’t add too much in detail. However, it prints rather quietly and quickly. I was surprised when I printed something, thought I only had one of the two pages, then turned it over-oh, there it is! I am anxious to print some holiday photos.

I am disappointed with this printer. I was told that it can scan both sides. I now find it can only do one side. Very upset. Also I find this printer to be more expensive than some of the others on the market. I wish I had spent more time doing some more research before buying this printer. Not a happy customer.

The printer works fine, but the color pictures are not sharp and vivid. They have a dull look to them, I'm still learning how to use it and I may be able to adjust a setting. I just haven't taken the time to read up on it. I am not ready to give a recommendation on it just yet. I bought it because buying expensive ink cartridges annoyed me and the fear of not being able to buy them worried me.

Slow printing but good quality. Printing double sided is even slower.

Best purchase yet. Wireless , economical on ink great features! It’s a lifesaver for me and my family! Should of purchased it a long time ago!

Printer seems to be working well, though we don’t tax it much. Only complaint is that the screen is very small.

This all-in-one is okay for a small business, although is somewhat slow. It also slows production with its power saver function. I nearly always need to wait to get something printed.

I was swayed to buy this product because of the overwhelmingly good reviews. At first it worked great, the Epson software was a bit annoying, but the printer connected just fine. After a while, it would only sporadically connect to my computer or phone, and when it did it would print sooooo slowly. Now it won't connect at all anymore, no matter what I do. I am very tech savvy and have spent countless hours trying to troubleshoot, but nothing works. It doesn't work on my new computer either. I was expecting more for the price. I bought a printer cable and even that doesn't work.

Toner is so much easier to replace. Excellent wireless connection.

This printer so far works really great. Like the ink tanks, ready to see how many pages of print we will get out of 1 set of ink.

The product is overall a decent copier however, it is not a good multifunction device. Ink tanks instead of cartridges is much more environmentally friendly. Our sticking points have been wireless connectivity with our devices. We have reinstalled software several times as it randomly fails and will not print anything. Also, it has no port for usb to print photos. It is also deceiving regarding functionality of top feeder and double sided copying. The process is much more complicated than we expected for the price we paid. If not for the eco friendly tank, I would have returned the product.

Already purchased one and bought this one for daughter. Great printer!

The equipment is very good and the service at Best Buy was excellent as usual.

I was very satisfied with my perchase. I was not over pressured on any issue. We were helped with whatever questions we may have had.
