    Printer works great... 4 stars because the installation process was awful! Had to call customer support they were not helpful at all after a 40 min hold. Called mircrosoft and they helped right away.

    This is a great multifunction printer. But the only reason I opted for the ET-3850 was the automatic document feeder. It barely works and will constantly jam with perfectly good flat paper, Whether it's 1 sheet or 15 being fed. I would have thought Epson could make a document feeder by now...it's going back tomorrow.

    The Epson ET-3850 printer serves its purpose; however, I have not yet managed to correctly implement the two-sided option. I set it under Settings but I have to do so for each and every task; otherwise, I end up with a lot of single pages. I have had better printers in the past but at a higher price point. You get what you pay for.

    I've had this printer for 10 months now the ink is almost still full it could be a little bit faster I would not say that it's real slow my last printer was a lot faster not having to buy ink cartridges way makes up for it though

    Setting up this printer is time-consuming but it offsets frequently having to change traditional cartridges. What is concerning is the difficulty of aligning print heads and the color is very different from my computer screen.

    I never used it. I returned the ET-3850 for ET-3830 because I decided I would never use the top feeder or Fax. So, why pay extra for those features. Gave it 3 stars since I don't know how well it will perform.
